You mean that the dump does the composting? That's great! Spent 6 years doing it in my NYC apartment till fruit flies got the upper hand. Still miss it some four years later.


Yep. Our composters are both full and I'm digging holes in the ground out back and dumping kitchen waste in them (no meat or fat, of course). And we have the above mentioned chopper-shredder, which needs to be repaired, that provides great mulch and if left to its own devices excellent compost. But there is still stuff we can't process.


My city also does this. They pick up but you then have to pick up from them. Still, I am impressed.
