Watching the Merrie Monarch Hula Festival on live feed. The resolution isn't too good. But it is still worth watching as an example of something that is really local. (Even though so many participants come from elsewhere.)

I'm thinking next year we might do the whole festival thing, but it is a mob scene, and I have recently found myself not enjoying crowds so much.
