Several people who e-mailed me at the gmail address on this blog have been getting funny messages about weight loss. I think this is a phishing attack and have notified Google. If you get an e-mail that seems to be from me don't open any links.

I have had a flurry recently of those spam emails from friends who have been hacked (not you). I hadn't noticed any previously since about a year ago, when there was a flurry then, too.

Oh hell!!! I get a couple dozen pieces of junk mail a day!!! The trolls never quit.
